Aveso measures customer satisfaction annually to ensure that our development is guided by real feedback rather than assumptions. This autumn’s results show that our customers value above all smooth collaboration and the expertise of our specialists.
Net Promoter Score (NPS) is one of our most important metrics for customer satisfaction. It indicates how likely our customers are to recommend Aveso to others. NPS typically ranges from -100 to +100. A positive score reflects a satisfied customer base, and anything above +50 is considered excellent.

This year, Aveso achieved a strong NPS score of 75 – clearly above the industry average – demonstrating trust and successful project deliveries. The result is based on a survey where we asked customers on a scale of 1–10: “How likely are you to recommend Aveso to other companies, colleagues, or acquaintances?” The lowest rating given was 8, and the average score was 8.9. This is an excellent outcome, while still leaving room for improvement. And that’s a good thing. The feedback helps us understand where and how fast we should continue developing.

Customer satisfaction – or dissatisfaction – does not happen by accident. It is built through listening, solutions, and continuous improvement—or the lack thereof. Feedback guides us to further develop our services and strengthen our operating models. We also received valuable input from customers on areas where we can improve. We have already taken concrete steps to address these and to serve our customers even better.
