Two leading IFS partners are joining forces as Germany based\u00a0Flexicode\u00a0Group GmbH has\u00a0acquired\u00a0100% of the shares of Aveso Oy \u2013 the leading Finnish IFS Partner, particularly in manufacturing and energy sectors. The combination\u00a0establishes\u00a0one of the largest pure-play IFS Cloud system providers in Europe, with more than EUR 25 million in revenues and around 150 specialists across the Nordics and DACH.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n

Founded in 2018, Flexicode is the leading IFS Partner in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland serving more than 65 IFS customers in complementary end markets.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the past year, Flexicode Group and Aveso together generated approximately EUR 25 million in revenue. All\u00a0Aveso\u2019 current shareholders will significantly re-invest in\u00a0Flexicode\u00a0Group,\u00a0and Sami Heino will continue as CEO of Aveso.\u00a0Aveso\u2019s\u00a0management and all 48 employees across the company\u2019s three locations in Finland will continue in their roles.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
