Lappset<\/span> Group Oy, a playground and sports equipment manufacturer<\/span>, has u<\/span>pgraded<\/span> its ERP system to the cloud-based IFS Cloud platform<\/span>. <\/span>IFS<\/span> Cloud ERP implementation project was carried out in collaboration with IFS Channel Partner Aveso Oy. In addition to the IFS Cloud <\/span>implementation<\/span> project, the agreement between <\/span>Lappset<\/span> and Aveso included <\/span>Aveso\u2019s<\/span> comprehensive value-added services, such as Aveso Cloud Services platform and support and maintenance services. Aveso also handled the integration implementation and architecture design on the Azure platform.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n

Goals for the system upgrade \u2013 Driving change through the harmonization of people, processes and technology<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

Lappset\u2019s goals for the IFS Cloud upgrade were to improve the management of complex business processes, modernize integration technologies and ensure clear <\/span>distribution<\/span> of responsibility between different functions. With IFS Cloud the aim was to create a more unified operating model that supports growth, improves transparency and enables smart decision making based on real-time and reliable data.<\/span><\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n

The goal of the ERP project was to create an operating model where technology, <\/span>people<\/span> and <\/span>processes support each other seamlessly.
