Helen has expanded the use of the ERP system to cover its maintenance and warehousing activities.
The project’s data conversions were done by Aveso consultants using the Aveso Data Quality Tool system. The scope of the project was significant since Helen maintains around 400,000 maintenance positions. All data conversions and the entire ETL process were done using Aveso’s system.
Following the ERP expansion, Helen adopted the Aveso DataHub portal to gather and maintain ERP master data. The data processed was modelled to correspond exactly with the part of the ERP data that Helen uses. The tool turns the master data collection and maintenance process into a transparent and controlled process even with third party data suppliers. The system is used to manage maintenance process equipment, spare part and supplier information.
